Independently Carry out composite structure component repair under routers or instruction such as grinding, cut, bagging, layup, curing etc
在工卡和说明文件的指引下能够独立完成复合材料部件的打磨，切割，真空包，铺贴，固化等修理流程。
Perform analysis, troubleshooting for the composite repair problem occurred.
能够解决复合材料修理中产生的问题，并分析问题，解决问题。
Responsible for supervising the composite material repair of apprentices.
负责复合材料修理学徒工的管理。
Provide the training of basic practice of composite material repair
提供基本的复合材料修理操作培训。
Conduct 5S for the composite workshop area.
组织实施复合材料区域的5S管理。
Perform TPM on the composite repair equipment.
对复合材料维修设备执行TPM管理。
Improve the composite repair process to achieve quality, cost, safety, TAT etc goal.
提高复合材料的修理流程以达到质量，成本，安全，生产周期等目标。
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

| 具体要求
|
Junior college in mech, structure, aviation repair etc 大专及以上专业，航空机械维修类专业优先
Basic English understanding, writing and reading 基本的英语读写和理解能力。
Composite repair theory and practice training 复合材料维修的理论和实践培训
min 5 experience in composite repair MRO 5年复合材料修理经验
Strong handcraft ability; 具有较强的复合材料维修动手能力
Extensive understanding of specialized aspects of composite repair process including composite material handling, store etc. 深度理解复合材料修理工艺，复合材料的处理和存储等。
Ability to develop solution to a variety of complex repair problem including troubleshooting etc. 能够处理复合材料维修过程中出现的各种问题。 |
